My references to LU and Nortel were in regard to XDSL, not HDSL2. Everyone, ESPECIALLY the RBOCs, will buy HDSL2 because of the 1 pair advantage it offers. This translates to major cost savings in purchase, installation, maintenance, and will help slow manhole congestion. (The latter makes sense only if you have some bAckground in the telco business.) HDSL2 will be a commodity....lowest cost producer wins.

I stand by my earlier remarks on ADSL. LU and Nortel will be the big players, and those who have been on this thread for more than a year will affirm that I know of what I speak in the telecom business. But if you want to put your money on PAIR, go ahead.
