I am now convinced that no one from SI went to the meeting. I suppose it must take a little time to complete a summary concerning the meeting. Nevertheless, I was hoping for a prepared statement to be released directly after the meeting. Good or bad.

The company will soon put out a formal press release. The shareholders meeting yesterday was very exciting and lasted 3 1/2 hours. All the officers were there and the candidates for Board officers were also there.

Audited financials for 1997 was available for examination and will be mailed out to shareholders.'97 numbers were not that great. Revenue in US dollars for 1997 is $2.5 million. The unaudited financials for 1998 will be ready before end of first quarter '99. The shareholders were asked to vote on five proposals for joint ventures all in line with their focus to position Largo Vista as a utility company with operations in three growth market areas which include LPG, internet, e-commerce and telecommunications, water filtration, fluid analysis and process control. LGOV outlined their growth plan and implementation strategies with these joint ventures.

This company is entering exciting new horizons. The Chairman/CEOs of prospective joint venture partners were present at the meeting, some representatives from brokerage firms, Dan and Deng and the legal counsel for LGOV.

I'll give this company another 4 months and see what happens. Personally I feel very comfortable with my investment.
