A common arrangement is to have a preferred (pre-negotiated contracts/rates) shipper for Regular delivery; however, if a customer wishes to pay a little more, then the items can be shipped faster by a premium service. So, bottom line, depends on how soon customers want delivery.

Mohan-san: you are darn right about FDX as the king of the hill. But sometimes you want to go with Number 2, just like Dell against CPQ. Somebody has to deliver those computers by air, and fuel prices are so low, you have to pay more for water than oil. There will gluts of used aircrafts from Asia. Therefore, logic tells me that if one wants to diversify, look to those companies, especially for the booming e-commerce. But then, you know, most of the time Wall Street is not logical!!
