Don this isn't a company with a lot of time. This concept is not going to take off. It has been around for awhile already. If anything things are going in the direction not geographic proximity. This is a company standing in the middle of the road waiting to get flattened by the pace of the internet. They have no discernable resources (no filings). No wherewithal to successfully pursue what even you see as a long term fight to make a profit.
