Why doesn't CREAF just buy out AURL? From what I see over on the AURL thread, they are in bad need of some financing and looking at a big dilution. CREAF could offer them a 1 for 15 stock swap, which would amount to 3 million shares. They should have picked that much up in the market by now.

I bet all the AURL holders would jump at it. Probably one of the few who would take CREAF's undervalued stock in trade. CREAF could find all AURL's good people jobs in their organization, then kill the Vortex and make everyone migrate to SBLive. I think it would be a cheap price to get this resolved and virtually lock up the 3D sound business. Litigation is expensive, could drag on for some time affecting sales, and there is no guarantee on the outcome.
