PA, I admire your resistance in being able to hold out for a whole year before chucking your long held investing rules with respect to buying DCTC. I think that I only was able to resist for about 6 months or so. (G) Some of the issues that made me decide to take a max position in DCTC were:

1. The management team of DCI has been together for many years and this is their 3rd venture. The previous 2 were successful and DCI appeared to be on track to do the same. Now that I have been here another 1 1/2 years, it's appears very likely that those original goals will indeed be achieved. While sooner is always better, I don't put too much emphasis on any dates, just knowing we are getting close and on track is good enough for me.

2. Through both direct (phone and in person) and indirect contact I have come to trust that DCI management is truly in this game for the same reasons as ourselves (LT holders) and have come to trust them to act in our best interest to the best of their abilities and that is all I can ask for.

3. The SEC filings, all timely and available for anyone with the interest to wade through them, clearly showed me that the progress I felt was probably there, was backed up by hard numbers. This was not just a "pie in the sky" company with only interesting ideas and projections, there was already substance. Gee, and now we are talking about maybe being a Billion $ company in 2 years?? Isn't it amazing that we can even talk about this sort of possibility? I can remember when reaching the 100 million $ mark seemed almost magical..

4. The fact that essentially ALL of my friends whom I highly respect, have put unusually large %'s of their investment $$ into DCTC didn't help my resolve one bit. Many of these people have been in DCI for 3 years + and not only are they still in, many are still adding!

Hmmm, I guess that the bottom line is that I sort of got consumed by my investment in DCTC, because I could not find any good reasons to NOT to do so. (GG) As George B. would probably like to say "The Devil made me do it" (GGG)

To those new to DCTC, be careful, I am telling you, if you give it enough time, DCTC will eventually "Eat" up first the cash and then every one of the other stocks in your account. Don't say I didn't warn ya. (GGG)
