Just adding my $.02, I agree with Chris. I wouldn't be too worried if it took some time for it to be filed and become available. Sometime in January is probably the best estimate. These things take time. I will only start to worry if we don't see something by February. Prov

"You can remind people that we are an audited company for the past two years, so this will be the third year we have been audited." this is great news... I did not realize that he's been audited for the past two years... with this in mind, he shouldn't have any trouble with the filing.
