Sorry took me so long to answer you. At 3:18pm this afternoon the bid .019 ask.020. It stayed that why till 3:59 So all those .020 trades you saw were buys not sells. In fact there was almost 1 million in buys between 3:50 3:59. What happened this morning at 10:15(approx) someone sold 1 mil shares and apparently scared some people out of there shares. But just as soon as it hit .019 and .020 heavy buying came back in. the MM were having problems with there bid and ask at least on the log. couple of times there they had the bid at .20 and the ask at .016. I kinda of figure this was a typo. HOPE THIS HELPS.
