That was no institution selling, that was me cutting my holdings back. Could be institutional profit taking. The stock today could have been bought at 11-12. Or might be an institution selling for a loss if their fiscal year ends with calendar year. I sure hope the company is taking advantage of these bargain basement prices. I'll be very disappointed if they are not. Glad I'm not still waiting at the top of that tower in Paris. Kind of a strange silence emanating from the company. Maybe this is the storm before the calm or perhaps the calm before the storm. Going to drive by and see if there is any unusual activity in the parking lot. I thought I saw John Chamber's car there the other day.

Most funds will sell at a loss if it will allow them to buy more stocks that will closely track S&P 500 so they can reduce or improve their % vs. that index. That is why selling typically occurs in October. Any institutional sales at this time is usually just due to turnover of portfolios.
