Fred, you should be the first one praising Zulu from trimming all of that former SIM fat. Why do you think Softbank Holding sold it, particularly with the SIM drain coupled to the Asian Contagion.

Those revenues you're asking about? Ask the ex-SIMers how much debt they passed on. Some got paid and some has been deferred. Once the merger is done, ESVS pays all Zulu debts, hence all former SIM debts. The company expects to produce revenues sufficient enough to begin paying Softbank Holding Company in 1999, 2000 and 2001.

Say, "they trimmed the fat," Fred! 'Cause that's what they did.
