LS, DS, Thanks for your inputs regards to WAXS. I'll keep you and the board posted as soon as I hear anything regards to IDTC and the Net2Phone IPO. Some expect an announcement prior to the annual meeting next Wednesday, some expect it at the meeting. From their press release, "To that end, the Company has been in discussions with its advisors and strategic partners, including a major media conglomerate with extensive holdings in leading Internet companies to provide investment capital for the Company's Internet communications services division and, among these options, is considering a spin-off, subsidiary IPO, or dividend its business." CMGI fits the description of the major media conglomerate with extensive holdings in leading internet companies. Can you think of any others? Time Warner, maybe? Ketan
