That's my point as well. See Message 6741422 The quoted growth in bandwidth may be occuring at "the core," but its not occurring along the 'last mile.' And until it does, the growth quoted will not continue. The forecasts of growth in E-commerce include the retail sector. If the forecasts are to remain accurate, broad bandwidth must be extended to consumers living along the 'last mile.' This is where speed is most critical.
