1:1 restricted shares of MRBO will become tradable securities 1 year after the date of issue according to KCAP investor line. The move was made by KCAP (sending Key Club to MRBO) so KCAP can concentrate on Total Corp. (currently bringing in $700K/month = $8.4M/year) so
they can achieve listed status on another exchange. It was management's belief (majority share holder)that a stock bouncing between $.37 and $5.00 could
not achieve that goal. They want to get listed and remain listed.
Seems like a reasonable assessment. Expect more PR within the next week or so (my guess).
