A bit below the belt, and I won't blame you at all if you decline to comment, but what do you think of Emile's oft-stated conviction that the Russian revolution was a Jewish plot to massacre Christians?

I remember reading about 10 years ago of resettlement programs aimed at settling Russians in non-Russian areas. It was along the lines of what the Chinese did and are doing in Tibet- trying to dilute the minority population. I recall this was happening in Moslem areas but I could be remembering incorrectly. Do you recall this?
