Doubtful that the Prassi ruling accounted for today's move; in monetary terms it's peanuts. Prassi was comprised (I think) of former InCat people - when ADPT bought InCat they ended up on the ADPT payroll. It seems from the court ruling that they took a few floppies with them when they left to form Prassi.

Anyway, I've never even seen Prassi software for sale, so doubt it was making a real impact on ADPT's fortunes. But every company has to defend its intellectual property, so the ruling is a plus.

We're hearing about a ratings upgrade; maybe that was today's motivator. Whatever it was, I'm not complaining.
