IT MEANS HIGHER DRAM PRICES TO CONTINUE....

The panel's findings are confidential but Barshefsky was prompted to
discuss them after news reports in South Korea portrayed the decision as
a victory for the South Korean companies, LG Semicon Co. and Hyundai
Electronics Industry Co.
"Overall, we are pleased with the panel's ruling," Barshefsky said. She said the panel had only one objection to the U.S. order, which she
called a "technical matter" that can be remedied without "undermining in
any way" the U.S. antidumping measures.

The Commerce Department in September imposed a 9.28% antidumping duty
on imports of dynamic random access memory, or DRAM, chips from LGSemicon.
