Hi Ned,
GRNO traded 23,600 shares on 13 trades yesterday. You can follow the daily quote at:
qs.secapl.com

I haven't called the company but I'm pretty sure Bill still exists ;0)!! From the look of the last couple press releases it looks like he is still working hard.

Ned,

I have spoken to Bill a couple times over the last few days. He seems to be working diligently on the current biz plan and his demeanor was certainly upbeat.

I called to discuss a couple items unrelated to the current situation so I don't have much info to provide other than the psych evaluation! He did mention the website was taken down for updating (NFI).

I do have one major curiosity concerning the trading status. My understanding is GRNO must file the 2-11 with the MMs, who must perform their own DD before submitting to the NASD to begin quoting GRNO. My questions are: What is the barrier once the MMs have the 2-11s? Is a settlement with the SEC all that is necessary for approval by NASD? Do the MMs perform a subjective evaluation of the risk in quoting GRNO or is it entirely objective? IE. do the MMs adopt a SHOW ME mentality sort of like an investor would before buying the stock? Also, seems like I am coming out of some time warp; is the SEC suit settled?

BTW, I have talked to various folks at the NASD and the SEC over the months but never seem to receive a definitive and clear response. Maybe a call to one of the MMs might produce some good info. Might try that. (checking through my rolodex!)

Thanks to anyone with information on the questions.

I realize I provides more questions than answers but I have antz in d'pantz over the BB issue.

LLP Mark

Bill C. and GRNO are still alive and well !!

I believe Bill is in China this week. Sounds like the Chinese are ready to break ground on the JV project. Apparently permits, plans and tax breaks have all been OK'd by their government. It's to bad our government couldn't be as cooperative.

I feel very optimistic this time around, but will feel much better when we receive our next $100,000 payment which I guess is due by the end of this month.

Can't get over the profit potential to GRNO of this JV. According to my WAG(wild ass guess) it would take four company owned plants in the U.S. to generate the same revenue. The best part is that we have no monetary investment only our time, expertise and technology.

Don't think WEB site is on the top of Bill's list of priorities right now. I believe that a year from now those investors that held on will be very happy.

Have a great day everyone,
BOB K
