Last news: SPGLA ( Spiegel) is going to change the ticker name to something more like Eddie Bauer. The reason is that Eddie Bauer is much more powerfull brand, and more recognizable. Also it will boost the interest to their Eddie Bauer web-site. I, myself think of this as of next rumour. In the same time, there should be a reason why this stock is started to move so strong, and volume is unusually high. If the management really is going to step towards the internet presence, shareholders obviously will like it.
