tenn50, read something that suggests AWLT is trying to raise $1,000,000 by way of a Reg D share offering. As this would be "unregistered" that may explain the claim that AWLT are unregistered. The legal opinion was that it was perfectly legit because at this point AWLT is not SEC reporting. I get the feeling that Frank is still fighting for Araldica and the shareholders. '99 is just around the corner, AWLT must turn around then too. JOE
