Ramsey, I have owned Sox puts in the past and done well with them. But the current premiums are just too fat. Also, in the past, I didn't like the % Intel made up of the total, as I considered that monopoly one of the least overvalued chippies. Fortunately, that is no longer the case.

In general, I prefer individual issues as they tend to fall further. But I have used the SOX, XCI, XAL, DRG, etc. when I was lazy. <G>

I don't remember hanging out at the Amat thread, unless I was responding to a note in my inbox.
