The 10% rule just states that they must declare after accumulating 10%, right?
They would likely have a reasonable sort of time period in which to declare after passing the 10% mark ... 24 hours, something like that? .... I don't think we can rule out them buying, or assume that they are .... house positions are interesting, but not definitive ... time will tell - all we know for sure at this point is that abx offered 5.50 and arp turned it down ..... hey, that's good enough for one day -g- .... I missed the 5.45 period, computer broke ... maybe would have sold some, maybe not ... don't have many anyway ... dammit ....... cheers

PS ... if I was Vince Borg, I would just make sure I was on and/or just below the bid right now, keep my mouth shut [with the exception of declaring when necessary] and allow the euphoria to wear off and permit a little paranoia to creep in and lower the market.
But then ... Vince Borg is a smart guy.
