Not sure about the 'restriction', this is something that would be filed with the SEC, but ALYA has yet to become a reporting co. I've asked Dale about the next financial report, but he hasn't responded yet.

Why is the restriction provision a concern ?
Even with no restriction, Corinex isn't likely
to dump shares now if they paid 0.60 for them.
More likely Corinex guy knows they'll be worth
at least a buck ea, otherwise why buy ?
