FWIW: While we're on the parking lot indicator: About 3pm Friday, Nov. 6 (a week before Comdex), I visited Valence in Henderson and counted 45 cars in the parking lot. This was about the same number I had counted 2 years earlier. (I reported this last year sometime; R...man on Yahoo thought this was the stupidest post he'd ever read on the internet. I still treasure the distinction. But I digress...) Anyway, I spoke with the receptionist about talking with someone, and got nowhere. She gave me the phone number of the PR person. Two years earlier I got about 45 minutes with David Archibald. The place, though, did seem busy with intense-looking people walking past. Then, Saturday about noon I drove past and was gratified to see about 15 cars. FWIW
