What exactly do you mean by the MALL negative stock? I have 100 shares of MALL that I bought at a very high price last week between 27 and 59 dollars a share. Why has it gone down so much this past week?
In six months do I get 70 or 80 shares of UBID for my 100 shares of MALL? Does MALL then drop way down after that? If my 100 shares of MALL in six months are for example 20 dollars a share, then does it drop way down to 5 dollars a share after I receive 70 or 80 shares of UBID at that time. Please explin this, I would appreciate it greatly.

Jonathan

BUYOUT POSSIBILITY???????....We all know they are on course to do $800 million in sales....We all know that they own 80% of UBID.......why wouldnt a big wig company come in, who is keen on entering the internet field and make a buyout offer for $40 a share before they spinoff UBID????

What a great entry point for someone......buying an existing internet company at 1/2 of sales....and a 80% interest in UBID......sounds like a deal to me......

Especially before the xmas sales are announced....and they should be huge....

Interested in all thoughts....mike

Heathen - You are right unless, as others have suggested, Creative Computers decides to issue more shares or the distribution becomes taxable or the distribution doesn't happen for some reason. But even if these things happen MALL is not overpriced. It just isn't as good a deal.
