Yes, it is strange. It sure felt like we were going to start moving, but then it fizzled. Personally, I think it happened because the rumor of news last week didn't come true. I also still think the seller is sitting on a large chunk of shares. The question is where is his limit price. His efforts to get PLRP to release news and do better PR strike me as suspect. MMs have no incentive to move the price around when there is a large seller looming and no buyers interested. We will need some serious interest and volume to eat up the seller's shares and bounce right back. Just my opinion though. It will be very interesting to gauge the reaction once some decent/major news is released and they become a reporting company.
