JDN, I was in since 5s and 4s, yes volume is good. Is this the beginning or daytraders getting set up? BTW Didn't you respond to me earlier that you didn't think the lawsuit had any effect on the stock? ;) I believed it did because CMND had no previous track record and all of a sudden when it was filed it frightened everyone away.. Also the terms of settlement may not be accepted. I don't think it is much$$ to the filing shareholders. I remember a class action with INTC, the lawyers got rich, the share holders got $50 off their next INTC pc. *<
