The Supreme Court decision to allow civil suits against a sitting President was just plain stupid. I don't understand their political naivety.

What's better, to bog down a President for years on civil suits, or to pay of the suits, bogus or not?

It is too easy for a President's enemies to mount civil suits against him. If this ruling isn't thrown out, every President will be targetted with civil suits, ones with or without merit.

The Supreme Court was not very supreme on this one!
