Good digging F. Evans!!!

I hope they announce before Christmas. Stock loss selling is about to pickup, don't want this one to get side-swiped!

It's not unusual to refuse to discuss Amazon angle. Best way to keep it going if there is nothing there. On the other hand, they wouldn't mention the cable deal unless something was in the works. And interesting about E-bay software, now wouldn't it be funny to see E-Bay using BID.COM software sometime.

As well, as I mentioned in a earlier post, auction to retail clients is a crowded market. The REAL margins are in business to business transactions. If they have the right model and software, that market will be huge. Just think, E-Commerce projections are only based on retail buyers at this point. The business to business transactions are at least 50 TIMES that size. I'm serious. Use to work in IT consulting business doing alot of "business re-engineering". Most companies wanted to find ways of getting "closer" to their "trading" partners. Wanted to conduct business electronically, buy based on volume business, quantities available, etc. Imagine a site that allows businesses to get best prices based on availability and volume buying!

Most people just don't get it. E-Commerce is going to change the way business conducts business with other businesses. That will happend ALOT quicker than retail buying! This puppy is definitely going to fly. It's only a question of time, and patience!

>>>He confirmed that the company was solicited by Nasdaq head-hunters and he confirmed my earlier post that the cable deal is for real and he agreed that Godin jumped the gun and news will come out when wording of deal is finalized. My source was right.<<<<

FE and all,
Again, you either believe me or not but I am long on this play and am bullish on the company.....however....in my experience ( and yes, I have lots to learn ) anytime I hear that an IR person is giving information like this it is incorrect. what I mean is that an IR person CAN NOT SAY that the cable deal is real, Godin jumped the gun and news will be out when wording is finalized. IF THAT WERE TRUE...it would be considered " material ". I am not saying that he did not say this. I am saying that if it were true...he wouldn't say it. Most, and I would say 95%, of all IR people are paid mouthpieces. Please don't see me having disrespect for this guy or any IR person but if what every IR person said was true....I would have a nicer looking portfolio if you know what I mean.

AGAIN,,,, do not get me wrong here....I am long shares in the company and am bullish on its prospects but I would put absolutely NO comfort in what I heard from IR......Just my opinion.

By the way, Tim, is Tim Richardson, BID.COM's new Investor Relations guy. His number is (905) 672-7467 (the main number for BII).

I have attempted to contact him but just keep getting voicemail. I will keep trying. Maybe others can pitch in as well. The main questions I think should be asked are:

1) Cable deal, is it true? if so, when?
2) Sound card, how goes this promotion?
3) Nasdaq, is it true on Nasdaq contacting BID.COM? Do they have a timeframe?
4) How goes European efforts?
5) Share volume. Are there concerns that the brokers could be driving this one into the ground..including their own!
6) Special warrants owned by Yorkton. Have they been converted to shares? Would it be announced if they did?

These are just my humble thoughts. anyone got more to add? Can anyone try to make contact? The more the better.
