Scooter, I also have an account with NDB, and find them to be extremely fair when I have a legitimate complaint. I'm curious what you mean when you write "The only problem is NDB internet site said the order didn't go through so I put in another order." I've placed over 1,000 orders on the NDB internet site and never got a message like that. What exactly did the message say? As soon as you got that message, you should have called and spoken to a real person. When in doubt, call. Instead, you entered a second duplicate order, which you should never do until after you confirm that the first order has been cancelled. In other words, it was your own foolish duplicate order that really caused your problem, but maybe the web site should share some blame because it told you an order did not go through when really it did. One lesson that you should have learned is that when the web site tells you an order did not go through, it really might go through. If you had stopped at that point, you would have had an unwanted short in BAMM at $40, which would have been highly profitable. You also might have had a legitimate complaint, because NDB does not allow customers to sell short over the internet. Instead of calling to complain about the unwanted short, you placed 3 buy orders, each to cover 100% of the short. Sure, the web site told you that the orders didn't go through, but didn't you just learn that the orders get executed anyway? Burn you once, shame on NDB, burn you twice, shame on you. IMHO, it's your own fault and you'll get nowhere with your complaint to NDB. They're fair, but they don't provide charity to people who enter an order multiple times.
