I dont think there is a takeover in the works...I work in the healthcare field (cant say more) But i could be wrong..lets hope

I like the insider purchasing going on as well. I think it is only a matter of time before someone like Wellpoint buys OXHP. They have a lot to offer another company. Of course they better get it before the company runs to $60 or $80 again.
