MAJOR LEAGUE PISSED OFF!!!!!

Nextel's management just pull a major backdoor job on me and all of the Nextel pioneers here in Chicago.

The $79 1000 Plus Plan they promised to honor for the life of the account has just been removed going forward.

Nextel....you are really screwing yourself NOW BUDDIES!!

I will get on my soapbox and scream if I have to about how rotten this management decision is.

I have given this board and major Nextel users all across the country many ideas that have benefitted Nextel. This decision is wrong, plain and simple.

I will be demanding an audience with the Chicago are senior marketing manager ASAP.

Craig, Dan and Paul. I hope you guys are reading this.

My account APRU is well north of Nextel's average. My network and other networks around the country that have the $79 1000 plan are growing WITHOUT any advertising.

This is a stupid decision that caves to the National Indirects, many of whom are completely incompetant when itcomes to selling the product.

Nextel, you are screwing your reps, your cutomers and playing to politics.

This smells rotten and makes me rethink every reason I have had in the past concerning why I should own this stock.

Craig.....listen up. This is BS.

When you make a contract with a client you must honor that contract.

Nextel has violated this sense of honor and trust that is so crucial to doing business.

If this is the way they treat their customers who have stuck it out through all the glitches, etc. then I seriously question whether Dan has his hand on the pulse of what's going on.

It seems as if Nextel is battening down the hatches and they are willing to go to any lengths to play defense the hard ball way with even their loyal clients rather than making us a part of their drive, energy and plan for growth.

Someone better forward this to Dan and I'd really like to hear from him why this decision was made. I am extremely ANGRY!!!!!!!
