Amoco share holders meeting today, to vote on merger. B/P's shared holders approved the merger last month better than 99%

MACD turned real negative througout most of the afternoon with a huge spike up at the end in a shit market. last two times there were spikes late in the day it rallied the folowing day. we shall see.
