Crude now down 25 cents at $10.91. Clinton showed what he's
made of during the last crisis. I don't blame Saddam for
playing games with him. I'm sure if Saddam promises access
at the last minute again, Clinton will back down once again.
History repeats itself. Ouch! Crude now down 31 cents. I
guess the traders don't have faith in the draft dodger's
resolve.
