Scott, ignore us and do your thing--I know that the majority of your reads are pretty good!!

I knew you were going to say that! :) I know and I am working on it. Sometimes however, I just have to pay some credence and give some deference to the masters. Us newbies occassionally do that you know! <<gg>>

Good Luck. I am looking to short now as well from a higher level than this however....initially target right now is 1177.50 basis SPX.

Missed the long. Couple of sick kids this week has really thrown me off my game. Flat all week. Hopefully today or tomorrow will make up for it!

Tom, SE

Interesting...
The fork spread [before noon] lenthened out to about 11:30 and created
another forward time projection that resulted in this recent bounce at
1171 and now up to an extended tine off the new fork....
[never seen that before...but it worked]

However it is still a weak move. Will be interesting to see if it turns
up with any strength.

Note a new fork formed off the low at 1170 pointing up and the market
seems to be following to some degree.
I've gotta go
Good Luck
Chip

>>Sell signals on the SOX and RUT as well -- but the NDX and the NAZ remain on a buy signal for now.>>

Yep...same deal here on the sells via the PStop today...if we close ~ here. BTK could sell today, BKX has been, etc, etc...

That NDX is so damn strong thanks to the BIG tech Gorillas. Truly amazing force they have on the market. What will it take to get them to pull back??? Their weighting in the SPX I'm sure is helping that stay afloat also. I mean it seems like they are just in a world of their own. Bill Gates could fart on Clintons desk or in his face and his stock would gap up on the news...but maybe Slick Willy would like that too? <gg>
