Lynn: I agree with you in a perfect world where all relevant facts are immediately disclosed. But the financial world, as you should know , does not work that way, particularly when it comes to mergers and acquisitions. it seems plausible to me, especially in light of the relative bargain that navr stock now represents. Everyone is free to make their own decisions; but just looking at where navr is, stockwise, and where amzn is, stockwise, an acquisition at this point would make a great deal of sense.

I think we can attribute this rumor to an analyst named "stiltz1"
Who joined SI 4 days ago and posted only regarding NAVR.
