OK, If I can do it after the game. :-) I really think there was plenty of warning. Look at a chart on UNH and tell me there was not plenty of warning on it. That is a real life one for me and I sold it on 12/8. Somewhat different than ERICY but close enough. Won't say TA foresees all news but in this day and time it will most of it because there is no ethics in this market. There are people who are warned enough in advance that the charts will tell you something is up you just don't know what until it is released because it is not a level playing field we are on here. If I worked for the SEC, all I would do is look at the charts to tell me that there was inside information being released. <g> Monty

LG, At today's low so far, I just got a borderline CLASS 2 BUY signal on the DOW, meaning the buy-in time would be at tomorrows lows, but could head a bit lower and turn into a CLASS 1 BUY with the BUY-IN time on MON. Please also keep in mind that the DOW could reverse immediately, which does not appear that likely for today. Holly-cow, I just realised that earlier today I commented that my analysis was contrary to JERRY FAVORs, but now it appears that it is morphing close to his time frame. Got alot of reasearch tonight, since I may go long tommorrow or Monday. Seeya
