The following is information that may be around in other sources. It was reported to me by a company spokesperson:

1. No earnings anticipated this quarter. No projections.
2. Filing with the SEC to be a reporting company expected this month. Approval anticipated in 3-6 months.
3. Company unable to raise funds through investment firm as anticipated. Exploring other possibilities, eg., private placement.
4. 90 million shares outstanding now increased to about 99 million. Purpose: To raise funds. No further dilution currently anticipated.
5. Two completed films being shopped. Delta Force and Speedway Junky. Latter has received recognition.
6. Komete (sp?) in very early pre-production.
