MIFGY is dead money for at least a year baring a takeover. The fact that the company has not responded to the threat of the class action lawsuit is completely unbelievable. Almost all class action lawsuits are greeted by the corporate lawyer saying that they are completely groundless and will be defended vehemently. Have we heard anything from MIFGY? NO I can not believe that they have not responded to the suits. This is not good news. More bad news must be on the horizon. This stock has cost me more than $50,000 on paper. I am fed up with this lack of management and will join the class action lawsuits regardless of the outcome on the company. The investment advisors and managment of both companies should be put in jail! I would gladly hide the keys.
