I think the the announcement of the TCI/Time Warner cable subscriber swap is strategicaly important. Time Warner will get a better clustered cable system including following areas; Florida, New York Ohio and Texas. These are the same states that Time Warner wants to roll out digital. As they connect these systems, they can economically serve larger clusters with services, thus not having to replicate all the head end equipment in multiple areas (server number is not really impacted by system clustering, but it means they will have to buy less digital head ends on a per sub basis).

As for the last mile solution or "FIRE WIRE" rather than cable line, I think the Time Warner solution makes sense and is mutually beneficial. Anybody have a clue why CCUR is trading up in a down market? Enots sell?
