Wait until the inspectors decide to give up and leave or the UN orders them out of there. That's when you buy in. Last thing Clinton wants is the team being used as human shields or whatnot.

The problem is,as I see it,is if bombing of Iraq occurs it will only generate a shorterm trade value bounce--because Iraq itself will not
solve the oil glut problem.The glut is deep,and time is running out
for there being a cold winter---Max90
