OK, Staten Island is TCGI's home turf, but on what basis, other than pure license cost, do you assert that it would be "far cheaper" to go after ARTT and participate in going forward auctions? From an on-paper cost of licenses, yes. But neither Biztel, nor ARTT (which I, unfortunately own) nor auction licenses give them the know-how/ability to have a working operating model soon. That, in this fast-paced environment, is a BIG opportunity cost. Just think of what T could do with WCII's experience and management and all those "cheap" licenses!
