Len,

You're welcome. I'm not bothering to post to Yahoo!'s folder because nothing related to Ciena is happening in the Ciena folder.

I could see Ciena trading down to 15, or up to 23, simply by recalling what similar companies have done in the past. Ciena has about 100M shares out. $2.0B for Ciena? That's 4X decaying revenues. My gut feeling is that the share price is going to look pretty ugly tomorrow. My gut feeling has been wrong before (and right before). If I was looking solely at the attractiveness of the company to another, I'd think $2-3B is possible. The impatient money is going to bail
tomorrow. The day will probably see down around 15, closing around 16. A lousy short and a lousy long for short-term traders...
