a floorless convertable would kinda be silly at 2 cents or less don't you think.

Come to think of it, a floorless convertable would be silly at 50 cents.

Of course, Restricted shareholders could short through an offshore account, but as I said before, only an extreme moron with brass kahunas would short a stock under 25 cents.

The other flipside, is that a shareholder of larger purportions that owned quite awhile ago, may have dumped.

I guess I should see if any 144s have been filed.......

I have mentioned these little beauties several times as these have cost me some bucks on several other stocks. I was told no on several occasions. I have a big fear of these thing Gordon and is something I try to check out from the get go.
