Gary: The day of reckoning is coming! Justice will be done!

(I'm gonna write that on a sandwich board and go walk the streets)

Marc Cabi is a little persecuted around here, maybe with a little more enthusiasm than necessary -- he IS just one guy. I think though, that he is a poster child for misperceptions and lack of understanding of the Q and therefore takes the brunt of our wrath. His position all along has been so shallow and simplistic that we're all feeling a little righteous now that the chickens are coming home to roost.

Speaking of dumb

Amen, I share your disappointment. I also share your confusion as to the rational for the demise. Whatever is hold the Mighty Q on the launch pad, it must have hands which can fuse zirconium from coke, arms like Big Bertha's, nerves founded by Henckels and Anthony Robbins' feet for Walkin' on the Sun. I once read of such a character while dining in Hackensack, NJ.

There is ***unbelievable*** good news in this story. What does "The World" know? If it ever manages to break from it's eerily quaint restraints, I only hope it goes so fast and into so many pieces that even the speedy gonzales sunlight mongers will just watch with glazed eyes as the choo-choo zips into the heavens.

May the Force never die. nf

"They can be a great people, Kal-El, if they wish to be. They only lack the light to show the way. For this reason above all, their capacity for good, I have sent them you - my only son." - Jor-El fortress.am

ps If this one doesn't fly soon, Kevorkian might as well come bangin' on the door looking for someone to drip.

I bought Amgen in 1987. Although it has in the past been disappointing, the fact is that many technology stocks suffer the same kind of fears, disbelief and skepticism. The price is subject to a lot of volatility, and the price never seems to breakout. And, then finally, things happend and the market finds the stock. The fact is that investments such as Qcom require a lot of patience. From the standpoint of a lot of brokerage firms, over the past three years, there has been "plenty of time" to buy the stock. They have been right and we have been "wrong" or at least "early." Remember that Qcom was on a number of brokerage firms recommended buy lists at the beginning of the year. Things have developed slowly, and even slower than those who recommended the stock a year ago. But the breakout will occur soon, IMHO, and I am holding.

If you're unhappy, Gary, SELL NOW. I will be able to buy some more shares at a lower price.
