Gary: This matter does not concern Newbridge in any way. On another matter, the sell of Cambrian to Nortel is a very good move by NN. As mentioned by others, including analyst Benoit Chotard, it's a win-win for NN. Newbridge gets cash, retains rights to technology, continues along the path of focusing on core technologies that are immediate revenue generators, further shores up the balance sheet and discharges the company of further costs associated with a technology in development stage. Some investors seemed to have misunderstood this divestiture and some are making comments that I believe to be disingenuous.
