My question is why did the Fed deem it necessary to lower rates twice within a two week period ? What new "news" occurred in that period before the last rate cut? Is it possible, that because after the first lowering, irrational exuberance had not returned to the market. Who was selling into the rise after the," irrational exuberance" returned. I wonder. No market manipulation? Look again. imho
