I failt to fix computer. Alex is an expert on tube testing. He longed for the biggest footprint toob. And I remember the streetside glow. I actually remember seeing the NBC peacock, I think the first logo in color (and itself a thrill), through my more-affluent next door neighbors window.

And then often being outside hoping I could see it again.

The world, life, held a LOT of promise then.
