As a general rule I'm very suspicious of upgrades... Many times the stock will drop shortly after an upgrade... Very few firms actually issue sells... It's usually, Buy, Accumulate or Hold... Too many of these firms have these companies as Investment Banking clients, and don't want to jeopardize their income stream... So, unless I see an improvement in fundamentals I stay away from the upgrade game...
