Frankly, your post was right on target. I expected a year end down turn, but not so prolonged or of this magnitude, for this penny stock. Looking forward to a positive bounce, because there is very little to bounce down to.

I was reading in a Peter Lynch book that ADP was once a .06 stock (stock split adjusted), and there have been many other great stocks which started at far less than $1.00, so time will tell. At least the product, management, etc. appear to have some crediblity, there is a huge potential, and company is reporting, which are a heck of a lot more than most penny stocks.

Chris, next time you talk with Mr. Calkins please ask him how the share buy back is going. If he thought the price was attractive in October he must consider it a gift by now.

Oct. 26 PR....
>>>In other news, Mr. Calkins, who along with Mrs. Calkins currently owns 55% of the company's outstanding common stock
and 100% of its outstanding preferred stock, indicated his intention to purchase up to 1 million shares in the open market at
prevailing prices from time to time, depending on market conditions.

Mr. Calkins indicated that he decided to purchase these shares in view of the current price level of the company's common
stock. Mr. Calkins stated: ''I believe that the purchase of the company's shares represents an attractive investment opportunity
which is currently undervalued due to the recent downturn in the market.''<<<

Best regards,

Baldur F.
