I would like to develop a point that was raised by TK on the PNLK thread. TK was doubting that the Click management were getting out of the deal Restricted stock. He is worried about thier 27.5 million shares to be issued. You CANNOT issue Free Trading shares without PAYING them. Any shares issued out of the treasury of a Company has a legend on it. Usually a rule 144 legend restriction for minimum 12 months.ESPECIALLY if it is for insiders of the company. Insiders,(that is Management) are absolutely NOT allowed to trade FT shares. Once again the TOTAL float of FT shares is 4 million. Most others on BB have tens of million of FT. Make your choice. Regards Malko
